My personal health journey started over a decade ago when I ultimately wanted to shed a few pounds. Little did I know I would restore my energy, reduce headaches, and feel better than I ever had. What I didn't realize, what I most wanted, was to be able to achieve these results and then maintain them, sustainably.
Over the course of time, I tracked calories, macros, tried different "diets" and "food trends." I have also trained in a myriad of fitness modalities that included yoga, HIIT, classes, cycling, running, CrossFit, functional movement etc. I was looking for the next best thing that would help me sustain my results effortlessly. It wasn't until I started hiring my own coaches that things really started to click. Every time I have invested in myself by hiring a coach (alternative-minded) or trainer, I have learned invaluable knowledge about what "MY" body needs, to achieve and sustain "MY" goals.
